In a holy trinity of festival hosts, The Brooklyn Mirage, Pollen Presents, and The Cityfox Experience announced yesterday that they would be teaming up for a major takeover in the Mayan Riviera early next year. Departure is a five-day-and-night festival from January 5-11 hosting a truly eclectic bill featuring Michael Bibi, The Martinez Brothers, Nicole Moudaber, and more. With three esteemed production teams behind the event, the fully immersive travel experience will bring an unmatched destination festival unlike any other.

Departure’s one-of-a-kind experience aligns with a lineup straight out of a dream with Phase One’s headliners ranging from international sensations to the core of the underground. The programming stars techno staples such as Belgian icon Amelie Lens, the industrial sound of Nicole Moudaber, South-African tastemaker Black Coffee, Camelphat, and more. Fan-favorite Michael Bibi, Solardo, and Seth Troxler represent the UK House on the billing, joined by Crosstown Rebel’s Damian Lazarus, The Martinez Brothers, and the ever-so enchanting DJ Tennis. Rounding out the bill are special performances such as a live set from Stephen Bodzin and a special B2B from Āme and former partner Dixon. Even more, leading artists including Nora En Pure, Lee Foss, Jamie Jones, Monolink, Latmun, Lee Burridge, and Yotto (to name a few) finish off the Phase One lineup with a bang. With more artists to be announced, house, techno, and melodic fans are sure to be absolutely blown away with next-level performances in the festival’s beautiful jungle ambiance.

Departure will be an unmatched festival experience based on the lineup in itself, however, the immersive paradise features all-inclusive travel packages with rooms at luxury resorts and daily activities for event-goers. With top-notch production teams, the five-day celebration will span over three stages featuring a new Mirage on the beach, and two supporting stages. The Grand Hyatt, The Thompson, The Hilton, Panama Jack, and Yucatan Resort will all be providing luxury accommodations for guests all week, with gourmet food options available. Aside from the music, this one-of-a-kind departure provides festival-goers with activities such as morning yoga, unreal swimming pools, and meditation. Daily excursions can be purchased including cenote trips, scuba diving, jet-skiing, boat parties, and hiking in ancient Mayan ruins. With options for every budget, this destination festival is not one to miss.

Set on the beautiful Yucatan Peninsula, the sand and the sea invite all those who seek to get some sun come this January. A short drive from the Cancun Airport, the festival truly takes place in an unparalleled location for festival attendees. Featuring next-level production, pool parties, luxury accommodations, and once-in-a-lifetime performances fans can expect the highest standards from Departure Festival.
