John Summit Took Over the New York Stock Exchange. Yes, Really
The night before Experts Only Festival returned to Randall’s Island, John Summit’s Experts Only label went public. At least in spirit.
It started with a text. Recipients were directed to an Experts Only newsstand at 89 South St., the Seaport’s Pier 17 address, with one line of instruction: “Credentials are issued first come, first served.”

At the kiosk, fans picked up an “NYSE” lanyard and a mock broadsheet titled The Summit Street Journal. The front page? “Experts Only Takes on NYC.” Flip to the events section, styled as a stock table, and a single listing revealed the play: a pop-up that night on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange.

By evening, a banner draped the NYSE facade, carrying the Experts Only double-diamond logo and the tagline “Dance Without Limits.”
The former accountant and Cash App truly made a genius marketing and cultural moment for the books. This stunt was less of a marketing gimmick, but a true full-circle moment to showcase Summit’s growth and community both in and out of the DJ booth.

It also isn’t the label’s first NYC power play. In 2025, Experts Only graffiti popped up across the Lower East Side and Brooklyn. In April, Summit hosted an invite-only fan event inside a Financial District LinkedIn office to tee up his album CTRL ESCAPE.

If Experts Only proved anything this weekend, it’s that Summit doesn’t just throw festivals. He builds moments, and he’s not slowing down.
