Southern California’s fan-favorite desert getaway Splash House and esteemed event curators Goldenvoice announced a debut festival affair coming to Palm Springs Air Museum yesterday, with the lineup release of the first-ever Desert Air. Taking place on December 10-11, attendees will experience the venue unlike ever before- in the middle of the winter. With a breathtaking desert backdrop and under the pristine star-filled sky, festival-goers will hear top-notch performances from international dance-music stars alongside next-level production. With tickets and hotel packages on sale this Friday, this is a two-day music venture that you are not going to want to miss.
As always, Splash House and Goldenvoice did not fail to present a lineup filled with sought-after headliners from across the globe. Spreading across multiple genres and sounds, the programming features the likes of Bronx house heroes The Martinez Brothers, Innervisions’ Dixon, the ever-so funky Channel Tres, and South Korea’s sweetheart Peggy Gou. Germany’s DJ Koze, Grammy-nominated Jayda G, Detroit’s Moodymann, and rising-star TSHA will also be taking the airplane hangar venue over the course of the weekend. Rounding off the bill is deep-house DJ and producer Patrick Holland, PVBLIC XCESS’ Chloé Caillet, and UK’s Mason Collective. As always, Splash House stays committed to booking not only internationally-renowned stars but rising stars and rule-breakers alike.
The Palm Springs Air Museum has proven to be a top-tier venue for past Splash House after-hours events. A reimagined airport filled with old airplanes and giant hangars boasts a perfect backdrop for such an idyllic music event. Surrounded by the beauty that is the Mojave Desert, this unique winter festival experience will be unlike any other. With hotel packages featuring the esteemed Saguaro and Renaissance hotels, just minutes from the venue, attendees can expect an unforgettable weekend in the heart of Palm Springs. Tickets and packages go on sale this Friday, 9/24, at 11 am PT. To purchase tickets and find more information, visit https://desertairfest.com/.
