Techno powerhouse Eli Brown once again obliterates genre conventions as he joins forces with one of dance music’s biggest success stories, Dimension, to unveil “Frequency,” the fourth single of his highly anticipated debut album Panic Attack, slated for release via Insomniac Records on November 13, 2026. A high-voltage homage to the drum & bass roots they share, the track pulls both producers’ sonic worlds into a single, seismic cut.

Carrying the legacy of Bristol’s vast underground scene, Eli Brown has carved out a permanent place amongst the vanguard of electronic music, on his own terms. Coming of age during a seminal era of the UK’s warehouse culture, the serial-hitmaker first cut his teeth by way of rave tapes and nights spent surrendering to the city’s breakbeat dance floors, an early immersion that unleashed an all-consuming obsession with the sound. In time, that fervor would propel him to the top of UK dance charts as one half of drum & bass act Loadstar and the brains behind Xample, until his uncompromising vision eventually took on its latest form in techno’s subversive recesses.

London-born Dimension is a Spanish-British producer changing the course of modern electronic music, a drum & bass staple recognized for a genre-shifting catalog characterized by its crossover club appeal.

An explosive collaboration between two of electronic music’s most formidable talents and longtime friends, “Frequency” encapsulates the feeling when two hearts become one. The vocal-laced track bolsters an engrossing hook that’s threaded across driving, acid-flecked techno, a cinematic melodic bridge, and a pulse-raising drum & bass second half. Emblematic of the multi-hyphenate’s unstoppable drive to carve out a space uniquely his own, “Frequency” arrives as a poignant display of Brown’s genre-transcending range—one as reverent as it is ruthless.

“Rob (Dimension) and I have been mates for ages, more than 10 years by now. I’ve always loved his stuff and would consider myself one of his earliest supporters. Back when I was still playing drum n bass, I played his tunes all the time in my sets, and vice versa. We’ve actually never been in the studio together, so working on Frequency and releasing it on my debut album is super special. I absolutely love the track and think it brings the worlds of techno and drum n bass together perfectly.” – Eli Brown

The track arrives in the midst of a year that is poised to be the underground visionaire’s most monumental yet, he prepares to unveil his long-awaited debut album Panic Attack, dropping on November 13. Capturing the relentless drive and innovation that has defined his prolific career, the magnum opus will offer a more expansive facet of Brown’s artistry, informed by the sounds and scenes that fueled his continued evolution from the underground to some of the world’s most prestigious stages. A sonic manifesto for escapism in an increasingly noisy world, Panic Attack beckons fans to shut out the noise and find liberation in the chaos of the dancefloor, transporting listeners back to the carefree abandon of the rave in its purest form. With “Frequency” the world of Panic Attack continues to unfold, following the album’s lead singles “Electrify,” “It’s Like That,” and most recently, “Damaged”.
