Emdey & ADN Lewis Revive a Timeless Classic “She’s Like The Wind (Through My Tree)”

The German born multi-talented, producer and DJ and artist, Marvin Dörsam aka Emdey is definitely a rising star to watch out for on the global electronic music scene. These last couple of years he managed to rework some of the most iconic hits of the 70s and 80s, “Finally” (2021) and “Down Under” (2022) into contemporary music pieces. Now, he’s back with a remake of Patrick Swayze’s and Stacy Widelitz’s hit “She’s Like The Wind (Through My Tree).” For this rework he teamed up with none other then the legendary singer-songwriter ADN Lewis.

“I have always been a huge fan of the movie Dirty Dancing. All the songs of that movie are so iconic that I always wanted to produce a remake of one of these timeless hits. “She’s Like The Wind” felt perfect to do so. Emdey manages with “She’s Like The Wind (Through My Tree)”, to keep the 80’s-vibes and takes us back to one of the most iconic dance-movies of all the time: “Dirty Dancing.” With his own version of Patrick Swayze’s and Stacy Widelitz’s hit, the German DJ and producer Emdey gives the song a new and fresh look & feel.
