Last week, Tommy Trash delivered the massive first remix of deadmau5 and Kiesza’s beautiful collaboration “Bridged By A Lightwave” on mau5trap. The popular original single has been rising quickly among music charts as expected. Now, the highly respected producer has put his own unique spin on the hit tune while still staying true to the original feeling of the song.

Tommy Trash’s remix succeeds in delivering a new mood overall, but is still somewhat reminiscent of the original. He derives his ideas from the original single through his use of smooth bass elements, airy pads, and an undeniable groove. Kiesza’s vocals soar high above the infectious rhythms and build tension into the four on the floor house drop. To compliment this release, an extended remix version at almost 8 minutes is out as well to keep the groove going even longer.

Although 2020 has been quite the busy year, there was a period of time when Tommy Trash took a small break from making music. However, his return has come with heavy impact after a handful of recent releases, and this remix is yet another big track that will continue to build his momentum right into 2021.
