Marshmello & Subtronics to Headline the U.S. Debut of S2O Festival

Pulse Events has just launched tickets for the United States debut of one of Asia’s most coveted event brands, S2O, which will touch down in New York City over Labor Day Weekend from Saturday, August 31 – Sunday, September 1, 2024 at The Brooklyn Mirage. The immersive water music festival will showcase two nights of top-tier electronic music programming

The trailblazing company Pulse Events is responsible for producing the first-ever American concert dedicated to blending electronic music and traditional Asian culture (Spring Festival: Lunar New Year Celebration 2023). Pulse Events’ mission is to represent Asian Americans within the global dance music community, producing events that foster cultural exchange and educate attendees about Asian culture.

The first edition of S2O New York will feature world-renowned headliners such as GRAMMY-nominated act Marshmello making his Pulse Events debut, and stadium-smashing dubstep producer/DJ Subtronics, following his previous Pulse Events show at Barclays Center and recent S2O Thailand set.

The festival’s first foray into the U.S. will also feature supporting performances from veteran act and Norwegian artist Alan Walker who headlined S2O Taiwan, melodic bass mavericks Said The Sky b2b William Black, multi-platinum producer and live instrumentalist Timmy Trumpet, American big room titan Borgeous, Canadian act Dzeko, versatile melodic artist Kaivon, Asian-American duo ARMNHMR, and dubstep queen LEVEL UP. S2O New York will also feature a handful of local Asian-American artists including SENSEI, Zion B2B Jomu, Cyberpunk b2b PSYXTOI, and JOKAH.

Pulse Events’ debut edition of S2O New York will reflect the cultural diversity of the melting-pot city, while simultaneously showcasing world-renowned DJs, stunning visual effects, and exhilarating water-themed elements and performances. Inspired by New York City’s vibrant landmarks and iconic waterways, The Brooklyn Mirage’s sprawling complex, expansive 200-foot LED wall, and city views will provide the perfect backdrop for the inaugural multi-sensory event.
