The game-changing, empowering female anthem, “My Neck, My Back”, which was released in 2002, has just seen a completely revamped 2020 version from the original songstress, Khia.

Following its release earlier this year, this past Friday (August 21) saw the release of a brand-new G-House remix of the early 2000s female sexuality anthem, which paved the way for artists for decades to come. Taking on the raunchy and controversial (yet groundbreaking) “My Neck, My Back” for an official remix are Benzi x BLVD.

Opening doors for successful female rap and hip-hop artists today, such as Cardi B, who just released her latest collaboration alongside Megan Thee Stallion, “WAP”.

Khia’s refreshed vocals are paired with an increased tempo and a bouncey thumping house beat to create a summer bop, which has received early support from heavyweight DJs including Party Favor and Valentino Khan.

Miami-based producer BLVD. has been dominating the remix circuit, having recently reworked Marhsmello and Halsey’s ‘Be Kind,” and in 2019, reimagining Benzi, Bhad Bhabie & Rich The Kid’s “Whatcha Gon Do.”
