i_o Releases ‘DEATH BY TECHNO’ EP on mau5trap
With a combination of hard techno grooves and dark evolving melodies, i_o releases his two track ‘Death by Techno’ EP on mau5trap.
Both singles demonstrate i_o’s versatility as a producer, combining various shades across the techno spectrum. “Death By Techno” is a dark, heavy track that gains momentum as it progresses, while “No Sleep” has a deeper, melodic tone perfectly suited for festival main stages. With co-signs from the likes of deadmau5, Above & Beyond, Armin Van Buuren, and Jauz, i_o is quickly becoming one of the most exciting and enigmatic names in techno.
Less than 18 months since his first release, i_o just had his debut set at Ultra and will be playing the CircuitGrounds at EDC Vegas this month, as well as Paradiso in June. With influences ranging from deadmau5 to UMEK to techno’s most underground, i_o is poised to take over the world’s main stages with driving sets that grasp and don’t let go. The talented producer comes from the corner of the cyber realm and is evidently apparent in his music. Expect to see i_o on flyers everywhere in the upcoming months.
