Casablanca Records Keeps PreZOO Tradition Alive With Dream Beach Party

Kicking off Electric Zoo weekend in New York, Casablanca’s annual PreZOO party returned to Dream Beach at The Dream Downtown on Thursday, August 29.

Taking place ahead of the three-day Randall’s Island music festival, Electric Zoo, which just commemorated its eleventh consecutive edition, PreZOO brought hundreds of music enthusiasts together for one of the seasons last hurrah’s. Becoming an annual tradition, Casablanca’s party is the perfect way to prepare for New York’s Electronic Music Festival — Electric Zoo.

The evening was soundtracked with sets from Phantoms, SACHI, and VAVO, who provided the tunes and prepped partygoers for the long Labor Day Weekend ahead. Electric Zoo returned to Randall’s Island this year for its 11th annual installment on August 30 & 31, and September 1. Since 2009, EZOO has evolved into the mega-fest it is today, which is why this year’s theme, Electric Zoo: Evolved, was evermore fitting.
