Rome in Silver Drops Highly Anticipated ‘Makeshift Moon’ EP

Rome in Silver has been making waves in the scene this year and his highly anticipated EP Makeshift Moon is finally out on bitbird.

The talented artist is excited to share his musical diversity by having each single take the listener on a unique journey. Rome in Silver credits the differences in the tracks to the locations in which he wrote them. “Colorblind” featuring Biicla was a rare collaboration that turned a danceable, yet exhilarating tune that reflects on a dark period of his life. On the other hand, “Like You” showcases vibrant progressions and electrifying instrumentation to captivate the listener.

“I definitely took in a lot of my surroundings when I made this EP. Each track was written in a different location ranging from Palm Springs to Orange County…they all have a drastically different feel. You can feel the solitude of the desert [on one track] and the uplifting and euphoric mood of the ocean [on another.]” -Rome in Silver
