HAYLA’s August 14 NYC Show Now at Music Hall of Williamsburg

Powerhouse singer-songwriter HAYLA performs a headline show in support of her new solo album DARK on ‘THE DARK TOUR’ coming to Music Hall of Williamsburg on August 14.

The DARK tour features HAYLA’s most intimate live sets yet. While HAYLA’s last tour leaned into the singer’s dancefloor heavy roots – featuring hits such as the iHeartRadio Music Award nominated “In My Arms” with ILLENIUM, “FADED” with Nelly Furtado, and “Where You Are” and “Shiver” with John Summit – The DARK Tour serves as part of her reinvention allowing her to perform tracks from her latest album and more. This show breathes life into the haunting and ethereal atmosphere that characterize DARK. Filled with mesmerizing harmonies as heard on singles “HEAL,” “ENOUGH,” “EASIER,” and “DARK,” this project and tour signifies her bold shift from dance floor anthems into powerful alternative storytelling.

The release’s focus track “DARK,” establishes an overall mood and theme for the record within a gentle yet resonant soundscape. “I’m not alone in the dark, I feel you heavy on my heart,” she proclaims, before exploring the nuances of emotions around isolation, connection, grief, and longing throughout the project.
