To keep the tradition going, New York City based duo Castor & Pollux are at it again with the release of their newest single of the year titled “Recon”. The Romano brothers are known for tending to release a fresh tune right on time for their birthday, celebrating both their lives and their love for producing music in the most thrilling way possible.
Another big room house banger to add to the roster, “Recon” is bound to be the ideal track to jam out to on a daily basis and get ready for festival season with. From the get-go, its bouncy and uplifting melody instantly brings us back to that prime big room era we’ll never be able to let go of, and it’s quite impossible not to reminisce on the good old days while listening to its entirety. Castor & Pollux made sure to express their passion for the influential dance genre through the creation of “Recon”, and we can’t wait to see the powerful tune bloom in the months to come.
“With our latest big room track, we’ve pulled from a wide variety of influences to make something that’s both emotional and powerful in the same track. ‘Recon’ takes you on a musical journey with the vocal chop and it gives it that feeling that you can reach something and that’s where the name of the track was born.” – Castor & Pollux
Inspired by prominent names like Hardwell, Swedish House Mafia, and W&W, Castor & Pollux have phenomenally curated a sound unique enough to make them stand out from the rest. After quite a few runs of listening to “Recon”, it’s safe to say that the duo is well on their way to the top of the charts. The newest addition to The 450 Group has set the bar pretty high for other groundbreaking artists with the release of “Recon”, so if you haven’t yet, make sure to tune in and get ready to dance effortlessly to its inspiring and catchy tune.
