Following his major single release last month, the French DJ and producer, Ghost Dance has returned to mau5trap for the third time to officially drop Dance with Death. This four-track EP showcases his signature mysterious techno beat style combined with a classic electro groove feel.

Fans will feel Ghost Dance’s musical flair in tracks, “Mental,” “Passage,” “Structure (feat. Modulhater),” and of course, “Dance with Death” with Luz. That lead single set the tone for the entire EP, and now the listener can truly immerse themselves in the dynamic depth of the entire collection of songs. This EP is Ghost Dance’s second one following his 3-track EP Erased which released last January. Since his signing to mau5trap back in 2019, Ghost Dance has certainly kept up momentum in releasing memorable dance floor hits.

“For this 3rd EP on mau5trap, I wanted to offer 4 titles quite different from each other in terms of energy and style (somewhere between Techno & Electro), while keeping a coherence and staying in this dark and narrative universe that I like. You will find a new collaboration with my partner, Modulhater and the appearance of Luz, a French singer and actress with whom I collaborate on different projects. The choice of title is not trivial. This EP was entirely composed in this climate of global health crisis. ‘Dance With Death’ is an invitation to stay alive, mobilized, and to continue dancing until we can find the way back to clubs and festivals.” -Ghost Dance
