Today, the Colorado-based dynamic duo, Last Heroes, released their second EP Finding Light on Ophelia Records. This highly anticipated EP is a powerful follow-up to their first EP Moments, and was preceded by lead singles “Love Like Us (feat. RUNN)” and “Passing Through (feat. Trove).”

Finding Light showcases breathtaking performances from the New Zealand acoustic band, Woodlock, indie folk singer-songwriter, Clay Finnesand, pop artist, Heather Sommer, and more respected acts. The 8-track EP beautifully blends the sounds of indie, folk, and pop with Last Heroes’ well-known melodic bass signature style. As a result, they have marked this EP as the first step towards a new direction with their career. By fusing these different genres, Last Heroes have become more inspired than ever.

Formed in Colorado back in 2016, Last Heroes has aimed to use their platform for bringing people together and reminding them they have a purpose in life. They strongly believe that no matter how big or small, everything has an impact that creates a reaction. This impact could help people who need it most overcome life obstacles. Ultimately, this is what inspires their emotional melodic and cinematic music, in addition to artists such as, Seven Lions, Hans Zimmer, and more.

Rising DJ, producer, and content creator, Ciara Graves, has been a dedicated Writer & Editor for The Nocturnal Times while simultaneously crafting her most electrifying projects yet. Having originally produced under the alias Graveheart for a few years, she is now working towards taking a more sophisticated approach with her music by focusing on the meaningful connection between the visual and auditory realms. Ciara studied Music Production & Recording Arts at Elon University '20 and completed Icon Collective's online music production program in Spring '21.
