Toyboy & Robin shares new single “Through My Eyes” out now via Big Beat Records
Deep house UK Duo Toyboy & Robin have released “Through My Eyes” on Big Beat Records. The group achieved early recognition with their summer heater “Jaded,” a true dance floor crowd favorite. After dabbling in the cross-over deep house scene for a few years, the boys continue to evolve, channeling inspiration from their true influences in the house and techno scene. Their latest release is a step forward in a different direction in terms of their musical style, towards a more club focused style which will be reflected in their sound and what’s to come for 2017.
“The idea behind the rework of Through My Eyes, was essentially to take the dark melancholy feel of the original, but strip it back a little and make it club ready. Approaching 2017 with a darker, more dance floor focused mind, we were happy to take our time, allowing the track time to develop and mature as it progresses. This, for us, feels like the first step in a new direction, and we’re massively excited to show everyone what we’ve been working on throughout the latter stages of 2016.” – T&R
They’re excited to extend their roots even deeper into the club world and will continue to make records that are fit for dance floors in any club scene around the world, but still reflecting their British club culture.
