GRiZ’s ’12 Days of GRiZMAS’ has been in business since 2014, and the series has truly made an impact across Detroit communities, having raised more than $200,000 in the last two years already. GRiZ has even received the ‘Spirit of Detroit’ award for his work. Schools in Detroit are under more pressure than ever before, so this is an essential time for GRiZ to help out the city that he holds close to his heart. With local non-profit Seven Mile, ’12 Days of GRiZMAS’ plans to raise funds for music education, art programs, and coding lessons since all are necessary creative tools for the younger generation.

GRiZMAS 2020 is a jam-packed event that includes activities like a two-night holiday jazz stream with GRiZ & friends along with a digital auction where fans can potentially grab rare items like a signed GRiZ saxophone. In addition, a special feel-good cookie baking night will take place with GRiZ’s mom as well as a day of yoga from Detroit’s Citizen team. Besides these holiday-themed events, music will be the main event of GRiZMAS 2020.

The event will also bring back the massive festival experience which will feature eight hours of live sets and performances from artists including: Zeds Dead, JAUZ, DIRTYBIRD, Claude VonStroke, Destructo, AC Slater, J.Worra, Bijou, Sunsquabi, ProbCause, Codes, MASTERIA, Herobust, Subtronics, Rusko, Blunts & Blondes, Boogie T, G Jones, EPROM, Super Future, and finally a two-hour performance from the star of the night, GRiZ. The GRiZMAS Digital Charity Festival will also have special virtual appearances and from major chart topping musicians.

Last year, GRiZMAS Coffee drew praise and sold thousands of bags with 100% of the proceeds going towards music education in Detroit. GRiZ’s signature coffee will most definitely make a return in partnership with The Great Lakes Coffee Roasting Co. and it will be of the highest quality this year.

GRiZ has been striving to promote community betterment in every aspect of his life and that is the true purpose of this event. He is giving positivity and hope to those who need it during these times and this will continue to make him one of those most established names in electronic music.
