Carlita Releases New Single “Time”

Turkish-Italian DJ, producer and multi-instrumentalist Carlita (real name Carla Frayman) announces her signing with Ninja Tune via imprint label Counter Records and shares her long-awaited, fan-favourite new single “Time.” Known for her electrifying in-demand DJ sets, as well as her fusion of classical music with electronic elements creates an eclectic sound inspired by Turkish psychedelia and rock, making her stand one of the most exciting new voices in electronic music.

Her highly anticipated new single, “Time” is an equally moving and hypnotising track that quickly gained popularity amongst her fans. “Time” has become a staple in Carlita’s DJ sets, appearing as the closer to her lauded Tomorrowland set and becoming the most replayed moment online. Since then, she has been teasing the single, sparking further demand from fans for its official release. “Time” acts as a first look of a fuller body of work that will cement Carlita’s exceptional production and songwriting abilities. “Time” is out now on all mayor streaming platforms.

Two bespoke visuals featuring Carlita created by creative directors Asli Tunamen and Greg Barnes will be presented in London’s W1 Curates exhibition space and New York’s Times Square simultaneously to celebrate the release. In addition to the visuals, there will be two pop-up release parties in exciting secret venues in London and New York on April 2nd and 3rd, with exact locations revealed on the day to Carla’s fans through her broadcast channels. Carlita will be celebrating her signing and single with two exclusive parties; the first at newly opened LA nightclub The Spotlight April 18th, then at Teksupport in NYC April 19th with Elkka and Regular fantasy.
