Paul van Dyk Delivered Open-to-Close Trance Set at Terminal 5 NYC

As it approached 8 pm in the city that never sleeps, partygoers grew with anticipation as legendary trance DJ/producer Paul van Dyk prepared to take his place behind the decks.

 

Paul van Dyk treated New Yorkers with an unparalleled open-to-close DJ set this past Fri., Nov. 27. The post-Thanksgiving showcase from the iconic trance master consisted of nostalgic tunes and energetic hits to electrify the night.

 

Included in his uplifting and moving ensemble were some classic tracks and fan-favorites: “For An Angel,” “Another Way,” “Guardian” with Sue McLaren, “What We’re Living For” with Michael Tsukerman & Patrick Droney, and “Heart Like An Ocean” with Tricia Mcteague. The eager attendees in attendance were thrilled as Tricia McTeague joined Paul on stage for an unforgettable surprise live performance.

 

Additional set inclusions were well-known dance hits: “Sun & Moon” by Above & Beyond, Delirium ft. Sarah McLachlan “Silence” remixed by Tiësto, “Restless Hearts” by Mark Sixma & Emma Hewitt, and “Reflections” by Chris Schweizer, among a slew others.
