Wasteland Festival Expands to More Stages & Takeovers in 2026

The global dance music experience curator Insomniac has announced a new chapter for Wasteland Festival ahead of its 11th edition. Taking place September 4–5, 2026 at the NOS Event Center in San Bernardino, Wasteland Festival will debut an expanded three-stage layout that introduces new hard dance genres while remaining rooted in the high-energy sound that has defined the festival since its inception.

Previously hosted by Basscon, the festival will feature a reimagined Wasteland brand that is inclusive of all hard dance subgenres. Wasteland 2026 will host three curated stage presenters including Basscon, which will continue to serve as the festival’s sonic foundation, in addition to two new takeovers from Insomniac’s hard techno brand Mutate and the California festival debut of Unreal Germany.

The festival’s expansion continues with a third stage, enabling Wasteland to welcome more artists and styles and deliver an enhanced overall festival experience.

Wasteland Festival 2026 will feature extended event hours and its first official onsite after party each night at NOS Event Center.

Two-day GA and 21 + VIP passes will go on sale beginning 12pm PT on Thursday, February 5 at http://wastelandfest.com.
