Ilario Alicante returns with his first new music since 2023, serving up a driving remix of “The Night Train” by David Penn & Crusy ft. Kadoc. The remix sees the Italian heavyweight take on one of dance music’s most enduring anthems in Kadoc’s 1995 classic, delivering a heads-down weapon designed squarely for the club. The remix follows the launch of Alicante’s new event concept, L/NK, which debuted at Milan’s Ex Macello and will return for its second edition at Space Ricionne on 12th July, representing a bold step forward in his creative journey, blurring boundaries between artist and audience, and uniting the dancefloor through shared rhythm.

Alicante’s version strips the track down to its rhythmic core, preserving Kadoc’s vocal hook while rebuilding the foundation with crisp, rolling drums, warm organ basslines, and deep low-end pressure. It’s a sharp and groove-driven rework born from a desire to reframe the record through a tougher, more minimal lens, retaining the spirit of the original while amplifying its impact for modern sound systems. The result is a hypnotic, functional tool with serious floor presence, landing squarely in the sweet spot between tech house and tougher spheres. The remix of “The Night Train” is out now on all mayor streaming platforms.
