Chris Candela & AOSM Drop Mau5trap Debut Collaboration “Move Your Feet”
“Move Your Feet” marks the debut collaboration between Chris Candela and AOSM on deadmau5’s mau5trap, making Chris Candela the first Venezuelan artist ever to release on the iconic electronic music label.
Also known as the EDM content creator CDCVLOGS, Chris Candela is the new artistic project of the Italo-Venezuelan DJ, producer and live performer. With more than 15 years in the electronic music scene, he has released music through labels including Future House Music, The Sun Grooves, dFunk, Kindergarten, and now mau5trap.

Throughout his career, his music has received support from artists such as Don Diablo, Shiba San, Fedde Le Grand, Jay Bird, among others. His collaboration with RE-KA, “Lost To The Rhythm,” reached #44 on Beatport’s Bass House Top 100, further establishing his presence in the international dance music scene.
“When AOSM first sent me the initial idea for ‘Move Your Feet,’ I immediately felt the track had something special. I’ve always been inspired by artists like Justice, Wolfgang Gartner, and even Knife Party, so bringing those influences together felt completely natural.
One of my favorite parts of the process was writing and recording my own vocals. The lyrics explore the overwhelming feeling that can sometimes come with being in a crowded club, until you realize the only thing that really matters is letting go and moving your feet.
Releasing on mau5trap has been a dream of mine for years. deadmau5 has been one of the artists who has influenced me the most, both creatively and personally. To become the first Venezuelan artist to sign with the label, alongside my good friend AOSM, who becomes only the second Mexican artist to do so, makes this milestone even more meaningful.” – Chris Candela
Beyond his work as a producer, Chris Candela has built a global audience through his YouTube channel CDCVLOGS, where more than 70,000 subscribers follow his coverage of electronic music, production, industry news, artist interviews and educational content.
“Move Your Feet” blends gritty electro-house energy with cinematic sound design, drawing inspiration from acts such as Justice, Wolfgang Gartner, and the darker, more theatrical side of Knife Party. Built around distorted synths, driving grooves and atmospheric textures, the record combines modern club production with a strong narrative identity.
With “Move Your Feet,” Chris Candela opens a new chapter in his career, introducing a darker, more club-focused artistic direction while reaching one of electronic music’s most respected labels. “Move Your Feet” is out now
