Longtime Dance Music Business Executive James Mack Joins Leading Management Company The Shalizi Group

Longtime dance music business executive James Mack has joined leading management company The Shalizi Group (TSG), it has been announced today, July 11, by TSG founder Moe Shalizi. Mack brings his existing management clients Snakehips and OMNOM and will be contributing his expertise to TSG’s Afrojack management team, alongside Shalizi and Adam Chaves, as well as working across the company’s wider roster.

James Mack comes to TSG after 14 years with top global promotions agency Listen Up, the company he co-founded and where he spearheaded its global PR and promotions, breaking some of the biggest names in dance music from the beginning of their careers to mega star status including Avicii, David Guetta, Fisher, Black Coffee, Dom Dolla, Jamie Jones, and more. Over that time he drove the business’s expansion and set up offices in the US and Asia. While with Listen Up, Mack led the global PR and promotions for Black Coffee’s career-defining 2022 GRAMMY win for “Best Dance/Electronic Album” with Subconsciously.

This year OMNOM has already sold out the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles and Ruins Knockdown Centre in New York, as well as solidified his presence in Las Vegas with residency at Fontainebleau Las Vegas.
