Calvin Harris, Kaskade, Diplo & More Star in Wynn Nightlife’s “Year of Excess” Film

Wynn Nightlife is turning the volume all the way up in 2026 with The Year of Excess – a cinematic short film that reimagines the traditional DJ residency announcement as something far more immersive. Narrated by Rob Riggle, the film leans into the over-the-top energy that defines Las Vegas, blending high-gloss visuals with a sense of playful chaos.

Set across Wynn and Encore Las Vegas, the project features a stacked lineup including: Calvin Harris, The Chainsmokers, Marshmello, Diplo, Kaskade, ODESZA, and SOFI TUKKER, among others. Each artist is dropped into surreal, indulgent scenarios, from alpacas roaming golf greens to champagne-fueled art moments – creating a world that feels both absurd and unmistakably Vegas.

Developed over six months by Wynn’s in-house creative team, the film pushes beyond standard nightlife marketing – positioning itself as a full-scale visual experience.

It’s less about announcing who’s playing and more about capturing a feeling: spectacle, escapism, and a kind of luxury that doesn’t take itself too seriously.
