Vintage Culture Debuts 5-Track House EP via ONErpm
Published
7 months agoon
Brazilian artist Lukas Ruiz, better known as Vintage Culture, has just debuted a magnificent house EP, featuring a variety of artists such as Gabe, KVSH, Dashdot, and Meca.
Still on the heels of his already successful remix of Maverick Sabre & Jorja Smith’s “Slow Down,” this release only propels the young producer’s upward momentum, continuing to break the mold and the norms of electronic music. His EP Vintage Culture & Friends 3 is a beautiful portrayal of Ruiz’s musical diversity, as each track possesses a delicately balanced fusion of house genres, seemingly blending them to harmonically flow in between each other without intermission.
Each track of the EP also features a stunning lyric video, while the execution of the EP cements Vintage Culture’s legacy as an influential figure in club music. It’s a sonic showcase of his production strengths, while also representing his country as a powerhouse producer. It’s his way of utilizing the impact of modern electronic music, helping to dissolve the geographical and regional barriers that separate us as a race.
“I created ‘Vintage Culture & Friends 3’ with my friends in music, Gabe, KVSH, Dashdot and Meca. They have joined me with the sole intention of making you Dance, and to help you forget the world for a while. We had a great time creating this music. Someday, when this is all behind us, we’ll be dancing together to these songs at our favorite parties. Strange times are upon us. And though we may sometimes feel alone, we’re in this together. We await reuniting with our friends and loved ones, we await dancing together, singing together – creating new memories with our best friends. Until that day – stay safe, stay hopeful, and be grateful for the friends in your life.” – Vintage Culture
As a proud member of Forbes Magazine’s 30 Under 30 list, Vintage Culture is one of the most influential Brazilian artists within his generation. He’s been revered for his leadership abilities, all the while utilizing the impact of modern electronic music to help dissolve the geographical and regional barriers that separate us as a race globally. With hopes of unifying everyone together through music & dance, he hopes that his new Vintage Culture & Friends 3 EP simply encourages people to get together and create new long-lasting memories.
