A renowned artist within Armada Music’s roster, Standerwick, has just put forth a fresh new production with Gid Sedgwick, “Bring Me Up.”
Perfect for avid dance music fanatics, the single is an addictive tune that sucks listeners into a sonic trance with pulsing basslines, rhythmic percussion, and memorable vocals.
“Bring Me Up” is a tune that pulls its listeners deep in its grasp, while sonically demonstrating both artists’ abilities to produce electronic hits. From vibrant vocal harmonies and minimal drops that punch, the track is beautifully produced with balanced, allowing listeners to appreciate each aspect of its construction.
“Like most, I spent the first few months of lockdown getting to know my family again and being a dad. But when I got back into the studio, I felt more inspired and excited than I had ever felt before. I was passed a vocal topline from Armada featuring Gid Sedgwick, and it was really different and just what I was looking for. I love his tones and style. It was a little different from what I would normally work with, but it was perfect timing since I wanted to try other things and show some creative flair. It feels good to spread your wings every now and again, so I am really proud of this one and it has been a great pleasure working with Gid.” – Standerwick
The release adds to the story that Standerwick and Gid have been building over the years. It’s an impressive demonstration of their musical capabilities, and also highlights their place within Armada. Being able to delight listeners with their music has been a privilege for both artists, while “Bringing Me Up” serves as a fantastic treat to wrap up the year.
