Boston-based DJ/production duo Soul Clap takes to Verboten nightclub in Brooklyn, New York this Friday, November 6 for a back-to-back set with Masters At Work. The event is part of the Brooklyn Electronic Music Festival (BEMF).

 

Soul Clap has performed across the world, dominating countless nightclubs and music festivals for more than a decade. Familiar to dance music veterans for their label, Soul Clap Records, the duo’s wide variety of releases showcase their musical range and artistic ability.

 

Prepare for a night of groovy, funky beats as two multifaceted acts go back-to-back at one of NYC’s most popular venues. Verboten is a Brooklyn hotspot that consistently delivers some of the biggest acts in dance music, attracting true music lovers.

 

In 2014, Masters At Work’s remix of Donna Summer’s popular disco hit “Last Dance” was included on the remix album release, Love To Love You Donna. Masters At Work—which consists of members Louie Vega and Kenny Gonzalez—has an extensive discography consisting of solo productions, numerous collaborations, and remixes (Nina Simone, Spice Girls, The Beatles, Janet Jackson).
