This time around, Shogun teamed up with Dean Chalmers, whose stunning vocals have previously moved listeners on a few other trance favorites. Following his last trance-heavy hit titled “Walls,” “Into The Night” is available now on all streaming platforms via Sony Music.

As always, Shogun captivates listeners’ hearts right from the start. His high-energy production style emerges during the first few seconds of the striking tune with an unstoppable blend of entrancing synths and mesmerizing vocals. Like a majority of trance anthems, its lyrics tell the story of a beautiful and untouchable love, a storyline that blends harmoniously with the track’s overall divine nature. “Into The Night” delivers that heartfelt yet nostalgic feeling most trance records bring about, and it’s a song worth listening to on repeat.

With recognition from other trance legends like Paul van Dyk, Armin van Buuren, Above & Beyond, and Gareth Emery, Shogun has surely been showcasing his production mastery exquisitely through his latest releases. Festivals might be cancelled for the remainder of the year, but we wouldn’t be surprised to see the flourishing producer’s exotic name on a plethora of lineups once they’re back in action worldwide. Trance lovers, dive into “Into The Night” and get ready to be perplexed by its sonic beauty.

Currently based in NYC, I hope to inspire others positively through my writing.
