Rising artist Nurko crushes the release game once again with a stunning new single titled “Better Off Lonely” on Proximity’s highly acclaimed label. Following his latest collaboration with Trivecta on “You Can Be My Light,” this phenomenally produced tune featuring RØRY’s striking vocals is yet another representation of Nurko’s astounding musical expertise.

“Better Off Lonely” encompasses that emotive melodic bass sound fans just can’t get enough of, with its emotional lyrics capturing the inevitable despair that comes with heartbreak. The fresh tune starts out on a serene and beautiful note, later ascending through a mesmerizing bassline causing all the feels throughout the rest of the song. Not to mention the stimulating drop that follows, talk about a sonic journey.

Like many artists in these unprecedented times, Nurko continues looking forward and has clearly been spending his time wisely creating stellar tunes in the studio such as “Better Off Lonely.” Earlier this year, he left an impressive mark on Proximity’s Digital Mirage Virtual Festival with his outstanding performance, leading him to become a prominent member of the Proximity family. Nurko also played a major role in their recent Alone Together benefit livestream that took place this past weekend supporting the Black Mental Health Alliance, To Write Love On Her Arms, and Active Minds.

For Nurko, it’s all about the melody, and that’s exactly what “Better Off Lonely” portrays. With other unreleased gems on the horizon, this captivating melodic single is a perfect indication of what’s to come from the flourishing producer.

Currently based in NYC, I hope to inspire others positively through my writing. Electronic music has become both a passion and a form of inspiration in my life, and I wouldn't change it for the world. I aspire to share this passion of mine with others and help them understand the uplifting potential it can have on our lives!
