Kye Sones & Emdey Release “Don’t Go” Together
Published
5 months agoon
For these two artists, 2020 is shaping up to a fantastic year. UK vocalist Kye Sones first collaborated with Belgium superstar Lost frequencies on his Cup Of Beats EP. Secondly, gathering his solo streams into the millions, Emdey’s first release “Venus” on Virgin Records is already gathering hundred of thousands of streams. Kye Sones featuring Emdey “Don’t Go” is out now via Smash Deep.
Two such heavy hitters collaborating. It is no wonder that the current number one DJs in the world, Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike, signed this amazing release.
Emdey brings us a uplifting, harmonious take on feel-good house. The story that is being told is one of vulnerability and honesty. The melody on the other hand lets you drift away. Kye Sones adds his sky-high vocal to give this track warmth and an essence of hope. This collaboration shows what a great producer teaming up with a fantastic vocalist can achieve. Overall, this track is a cocktail of uplifting beats combined with a emotional vocal.
Above all, with such a fantastic release we are curious what Emdey’s next release will be. One thing is for sure – he’s hungry for success. If his first two releases are this great, one can only wonder what his third release will be. With the hope that we will enjoy some festivals next year, we are looking forward to seeing this duo perform this track live.
