Skating into Martin Garrix’s boss label STMPD RCRDS, Jay Hardway is dishing up pulsating energy into New Music Friday today. His new single alongside Tom & Jame “Run Baby Run” is out now featuring Australian artist JGUAR.

The two have curated excellent vibrancy in this new collaboration. The darker edge, power-hungry rhythms, and racing vocals all morph together for one piece of terrific music. JGUAR’s vocals open the track, leading into a heavy-hitting electronic soundscape. An explosion of turbulent synths at the core of the track will be sure to get ravers on the dance floor as soon as shows return.

“I’ve come to realize what really is important in life and that the way I was doing things and especially WHY I was doing things wasn’t always a good thing, I was focused too much on likes, streams, follower count, subscribers etc. My main focus right now is MUSIC. I love music. I’ve always loved music. I’ve always loved making music. That’s what Jay Hardway is about, that’s what I’m about.” – Jay Hardway

Tom & Jame and Jay Hardway have been close friends for many years. With their studios being in the same building in the Netherlands, the artists have been spending lots of time together over the past few months, so it was the perfect time for a collaboration to finally take place.

In a recent heartfelt Instagram post, Jay describes his change in mindset surrounding being a DJ. With his passion for music reignited, we can look forward to plenty of new enthralling material from Jay Hardway.

2020 has been a career defining year for Jay, showcasing his diverse soundscape and proving why he continues to be a key player in the electronic music industry. Following his 2016 hit “Spotless” with label head Martin Garrix on STMPD, this new offering marks his second release on the revered imprint.
