Chicago-based DJ/Producer, GOLDHOUSE, has returned with a hot remix of Alec Chambers’ new single, “Something to Cry About” out now worldwide.

The original single that came out in June has already climbed charts and earned positive feedback from media outlets including, American Songwriter, PopularTV, and more. Having crossed about half a million streams on Spotify in less than a month, it made sense that GOLDHOUSE would take a fun spin on the hit tune.

“Had so much fun working on the remix with Alec…I love when the right song comes along that I’m able to flip into something completely new and different, and that was the case with this one.” – GOLDHOUSE

Alec always brings his unique flare as he perfectly blends blissful vocals with the bedroom pop beats that his audience loves and admires. Throughout his career, he has continuously made a reputation of dropping captivating renditions of popular music in addition to his widely appreciated original tracks. His most recent releases, “Cold” and “Boston” demonstrate his talents as a songwriter, vocalist, and musician. We heard this on his debut EP Whole Again as he played every instrument and recieved praise for his musical efforts. Stay tuned for more hits on the way as both of these talented artists continue to build their illustrious career.
