Electric Zoo Festival Returns to Randall’s Island With Transformed Edition in 2015

Festival season is upon us once again. That being said, it’s only fitting that the internationally acclaimed Electric Zoo Festival return for a three-day affair at New York’s Randall’s Island Park from September 4-6, 2015. The Labor Day Weekend tradition has become a dance music staple in NYC and each year offers stellar lineups, whimsical ambiance, an unparalleled atmosphere, and an unforgettable experience for its thousands of attendees.

From Main Stage West to Main Stage East, Hilltop, Riverside and Sunday School, Electric Zoo has become synonymous with Labor Day Weekend on Randall’s Island as it marks its seventh annual festivity in early September. Fans are eagerly anticipating what the producers of EZOO7 have in store for the transformation this year.

In past years the festival has increased medical, security and messaging procedures geared towards creating the safest environment possible for fans. The festival organizers, Made Event, ensured that EZOO6 would be the safest festival New York has ever seen, and that was no understatement. An unfortunate lightening storm during day three of Electric Zoo in 2014 caused the festival to close early on its final day.

Past Electric Zoo Festivals boasted colossal lineups, which included main stage headliners, supreme underground acts, and rising talent. The Electric Zoo Festival internationally expanded on May 4 & 5, 2014 when it made its debut at Arena Ciudad de Mexico in Mexico City. In 2015, Electric Zoo will land in Tokyo, Japan for a beach festival.
