Drew Harvey Returns with Passionate New Single “Another Life”

Drew Harvey, a new face to the emo rap scene, has just released a new R&B infused single “Another Life” via Systemic. The rising artist has previously connected with listeners who are in search of moodier vocals on top of hip-hop inspired tracks, and this time he is pushing the limits for what to expect from the diverse genre.

The song’s hook is catchy and relatable, leaving fans wanting to hear more from his beautiful melodic voice and smooth flow. With deep meaning rooted in his writing, it is no surprise that he will continue to curate an authentic fanbase based on his genuine talent. His name is starting to come up across the media and it is likely that will continue to grow with each release.

“‘Another Life’ looks at sudden heartbreak and boils it down to the experiences we all share. Relationships have a beauty to them in that no one else can understand the connection you have with your partner. All of our relationships are unique. Personally, self-doubt can keep me from accepting that someone loves or understands me, so when they can lift me out of that I forget what it’s like to live without them. And yet, it’s that same sense of joining that becomes isolation when it’s over. No one quite understands what it is we’ve lost. We’re convinced that no one has felt this specific pain. Another life reminds us that we aren’t alone in this without minimizing its difficulty.” -Drew Harvey
